Again Dino Loses as appeal court orders fresh election.

The Court of Appeal in Abuja had on Tuesday reserved judgment in three separate appeals filed by the Kogi West senator, Dino Melaye, challenging his election victory that was quashed in August by the National Assembly election petition tribunal.
