The Speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Funminiyi Afuye has commended the teachers in the State on this year's teachers' day.
The Speaker gave this commendation in a press statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akogun Tai Oguntayo.
Afuye who described Ekiti teachers as thorough bred professionals also enjoined them to continue in impacting into the students as our future leaders.

The Speaker promised that the State House of Assembly will collaborate with the Executive arm of government by making laws which will assist teachers in the State towards the performance of their duties..
