Seek the truth, stop scavenging for lies on how Ekiti is governed, APC New Media Group admonishes PDP one-man media goon
According to the APC team, the PDP rag-tag should rather be pitied than blamed at this point as it now lives a lie and trying to convince itself that it could still lie its way out of its present dilemma.
"We pity the discredited lone media team for believing that it is better living in a community with unreasonable claims, than facing loneliness with the truth of being peeled off as a nincompoop.
Just like the biblical injunction that only the fool would say in his heart that there is no God, only a pathologically lying gang will consistently convince itself that the present administration of Dr. John Kayode Fayemi is not doing well in Ekiti today. And such a group should be left alone to continue to dance naked in the market place like the proverbial madman who failed to realise that the buying and selling had come to an end for the day.
The APC team thus advise the PDP rag-tag media team to avail itself of the detailed information on how governance is being managed in Ekiti under the able leadership of Dr Kayode Fayemi.
Rather than concocting lies and allowing itself to keep sinking down the valley of ignorance, isn't it high time it sought information on how the state government has been meeting the peoples needs in spite of the paucity of funds? the group asked.
"The Fayemi that we know is a man of candour, dignity and honour. He has mapped out good plans for our dear state, that no amount of spite can derail him from the course. He has also premised his governance style on the globally acceptable standard, unlike your former master who was always seeking to aggrandise himself, thus turning himself to a totem, with the desire to make the Ekiti people eat from his palm.
Fayemi, the APC group said, had used his streams of connections to partner with both federal and international agencies to bring better and meaningful life to Ekiti State in terms of infrastructure.
"For the umpteenth time, we are listing the fruits of these efforts out to include the acceptance by the African Development Bank (AfDB) under the leadership of Mr Akinwumi Adesina to partner with the state in the construction of Ado-Akure road and the interest the same Bank has shown in the planned establishment of the knowledge zone. We will also steer our brother's brain towards the Ikun Dairies project, for which Promasidor Nigeria Limited is now committing huge resources."
And again, should we bring back to the memory of the so called PDP gang, who seems to be suffering from amnesia, that Governor Fayemi has been using his connection with the Buhari administration and this has been yielding good patronage from the federal government. The reconstruction of Erio collapsed bridge is a pointer. And if our brother is not aware that there is an ongoing massive rehabilitation of Ekiti roads, then we can conclude that he has embarked on a self-imposed exile, running from his shadow.
The group also reminded the ill-informed PDP agent that in order to make life comfortable to road users in the state, some of the roads flagged off for reconstruction by the governor on Monday,13 January 2020 included Agbado-Omuo road, Ilupeju-Ire-Igbemo-Ijan road, Oye-Ikun-Otun road, Aramoko-Erijiyan-Ikogosi road, to mention a few.
On its alleged issue of involvement of governor Fayemi on Ekiti State University workers sack the group educated the unschooled PDP agent provocateur to know that there is the University administration autonomy, which a well educated and democratically enlightened governor like Dr. Fayemi will never dabble into.
The APC group hinted that governor Fayemi had created more employments at the Teaching and Civil Services within the last 3 months more than his predecessor did in four years, and he is still planning to engage more, including the recruitment of no fewer than 5000 Ekiti youths who have no certificate.
For more enlightenment, the APC group advised the lone-ranging PDP media team to keep itself abreast of the goings-on in Ekiti State, instead of mischievously turning its blind spot, as this may put it on the path of self-destruction, from which its troubled master may not be able to save whoever still hides under the rag, calling itself a masquerade.
